KUHN Design Group is a small, independent graphic design studio in Eugene, Oregon with decades of combined experience working with large corporations, state universities, and downtown graphic design agencies.
We’ve designed everything from stadium graphics for NCAA football teams to concert posters for Grammy Award winning musicians.
We’ve formatted hundreds of books for well-know authors such as Tony Evans, John MacArthur, and Josh McDowell.
We’ve helped establish branding for Realtors, Churches, Landscapers, Car Dealerships, Painters, Roofing Contractors, Massage Therapists, Rock Bands, Chiropractors, Board Game Designers, and dozens of other companies.
We’ve even designed autobiographies for high-profile athletes like Zach Ertz, Julie Ertz, Shaun Alexander, and Ryan Hall.
Many of our clients, however, are not household names… yet. But that doesn’t mean they don’t deserve strong visual branding that reflects their true potential.

STEVE KUHN | Principal Designer
Steve Kuhn has worked full-time as a graphic designer since graduating from Oregon State University as the 2002 Senior of Distinction in Graphic Design.
Over the course of his career, he’s had the opportunity to work on a wide variety of projects, ranging from traditional print design such as posters, books, logos, and brochures; to large-scale environmental design and trade show booths.

DANIEL HAWKINS | Graphic Designer
Daniel Hawkins is an experienced graphic designer and published cartoonist passionate about visual storytelling.
His creative skill set includes digital and traditional illustration, proficiency in Adobe CC design software, and familiarity with both PowerPoint and Keynote.
Outside of work, he loves to run, explore outdoors, play games with friends, and share weekly doodles on Instagram (@dhawktoons).

JEN KUHN | Office Manager
Jen has been with the KUHN Design Group since she married into it a few years back. She keeps the office up and running and ensures all the non-designy stuff (like keeping the books) actually happens (because you can make stuff look pretty, but if no one pays you for it, it’s not much of a business, apparently).
Specialties: All the businessy number stuff that Steve doesn’t really like doing because she has a business degree and he was an art major.
SQUATCHY CORNELIUS LONGBOTTOM | Officer of Awesome
Squatchy joined the KUHN Design Group as the official office dog in 2016, and we’re not sure if he’s left the couch since. We have no idea what he does to contribute around here, but our clients all seem to get a kick out of his antics, so I guess we’ll keep him around.
Specialties: Boosting morale, Chasing Cats, Barking at the UPS guy, Making us all look significantly more handsome by comparison.
